Refund & Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of food products (Namkeen, Spices, Supplements), we DO NOT allow returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
1. No Return Policy
To maintain hygiene and food safety standards, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of food items once they have left our warehouse.
2. Transport Damage & Shortages
We take extreme care in packaging, but in rare cases of damage during transit, we offer refunds or replacements based on the situation:
- You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Mandatory Requirement: An unedited Unboxing Video is required to claim any refund or replacement for damaged or missing items.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified by our team, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the decision of Malwa Food management will be final in all refund cases.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
